1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the fc444 website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, and all related features (collectively, the "Platform"). They form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fc444 ("we", "us", "the Company"). By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise using the fc444 Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

• You must provide accurate, truthful and current information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
• You may only hold one Account on the fc444 Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using another person's identity, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or otherwise restricted by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or legal entity without explicit written authorisation. fc444 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

fc444 may also conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal request, or following a change in account details. The information and documents required for KYC verification will be communicated to you by the fc444 support team.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your fc444 account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. The following obligations apply to all account holders.

• You must not share your fc444 login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. fc444 support staff will never request your password via chat, SMS or phone call.
• You must notify fc444 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, including bets placed, games played, and deposits or withdrawals initiated, unless you have notified fc444 of unauthorised access and fc444 has confirmed the account as compromised.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

fc444 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank and City Bank. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the fc444 Platform. These rules supplement any game-specific rules provided by individual game providers.

• All bets placed on the fc444 Platform are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after confirmation unless a clear technical error on fc444's part has resulted in a materially incorrect bet being accepted.

8. Prohibited Conduct

9. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your fc444 account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where fc444 was not negligent in implementing reasonable security measures.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, third-party service outages, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond fc444's reasonable control.
• Indirect, consequential, special or incidental losses, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of data, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, fc444's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fc444 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments and Termination

fc444 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. 13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which fc444 operates.
